You live the best moments on a holiday without plans. Jeroen knows this best, because if you let yourself be surprised by his ideas, you will never want to sail without him anymore. It could be that during low tide you will look for mussels and cockles and you savour Jeroen's famous Wadden soup the next evening. Or - in case you like playing music - Jeroen joins you in the mini concert you spontaneously organised. On top of that everyone will have genuine sea legs and you will sail over the IJsselmeer and the Wadden Sea like you never did anything else.
